First of all, you need to find out WHY you have insomnia in the first place. You should be sure there&#039;s no underlying medical condition causing it so get a checkup from your doctor to be sure. 

If you find out you&#039;re healthy otherwise, think about why you may not be sleeping - are you under a lot of stress or drinking coffee late in the day? There are many other reasons most people never even think of that might cause them to have insomnia.

So, if I were you I&#039;d do these 2 things in this order:

1. Schedule an appointment with your doctor and make sure you&#039;re healthy. Be sure to tell them you&#039;ve had insomnia for 8 months.

2. Sign up to receive our free sleep report. There&#039;s good information in it and you&#039;ll also get some informative emails with ideas for helping you sleep better. Also educate yourself with as much good quality inforamtion as you can find.
